• A member's failure to meet requested identity verification requirements.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, Kiss App reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the account. Members whose accounts have been wrongfully terminated may submit an appeal to our support team within 30 days of the termination date.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting Kiss App customer support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant conditions have been met.
